Bentley Continental GT shifts rough when cold – any decent gearbox workshop in Sharjah?

I've got a 2014 Continental GT V8 and lately the transmission has been acting up specifically on cold starts – the first few shifts from 2nd to 3rd are harsh and clunky, but once the car warms up it's perfectly smooth. I've read that the ZF 8-speed in these doesn't love low temperatures, but here in the UAE "cold" means like 25 degrees, so that shouldn't be an issue. I already tried a transmission fluid change at a reputable shop in Dubai, but it didn't make any difference. A fellow Bentley owner mentioned that a Bentley Gearbox Workshop Sharjah in Industrial Area 6 actually knows how to do proper adaptation resets and valve body diagnostics without charging an arm and a leg. Has anyone here had a similar cold-start shifting problem on a Continental or Flying Spur? I'm hoping it's just a software glitch or a sticky solenoid, not a full mechatronic replacement. Would love to hear if anyone's found a trustworthy specialist in Sharjah for these heavy ZF boxes. Really don't want to go back to the dealer and get quoted a second mortgage.
