Does anyone actually specialize in Mercedes batteries or is it all the same?

I keep hearing conflicting advice from friends and I'm hoping to get some clarity here. My 2018 SLC has been acting up – the seat memory doesn't work sometimes, the clock resets randomly, and last week the radio presets disappeared. A friend who used to own a Mercedes says these are classic signs of a failing battery even if the car still starts. I called a few battery shops near me in Al Nahda and they all said "yeah we do Mercedes, bring it in." But when I asked if they register the battery to the computer, one guy said "what's that?" and another said "we can try but no guarantee." That made me really nervous. I'm looking for Mercedes Battery Replacement Experts Dubai because I don't want some random shop learning on my car. Is there such a thing as a shop that specifically focuses on Mercedes electrical systems? Or am I overthinking this and any competent mechanic with a scanner can do it? Would love to hear from someone who's had a good experience with a shop that really knows these cars well. I don't mind paying a bit more for someone who actually does this every day.
